"The search for human values"
Once upon a time there was
in ancient Greece the Goddess of the Moon and Solidarity called Europe.
She had seven brothers:
Tolerance, Freedom, Democracy, Equality, Peace, and the youngest Rule of Law, Human Dignity and Human Rights.
They worked together to
help the people on Earth.
One day the cruelty of men
divided the protectors of the Earth.
Peace and Equality died
as someone trapped them in the centre of the Earth.
Only Europe managed to survive
and to escape.
She started to free her
brothers.
Today Europe with some men
called European Commissioners, European Parliamentarians and European Counsellors have freed Tolerance, Democracy, Rule of
Law, Human Dignity and Human Rights and Freedom but they can’t resuscitate Peace and Equality.
Will the people of the Earth
succeed in finding, thanks to the Goddess of the Moon and her friends, Peace and Equality? If we keep going on together, united
by values and respect, we will help her in her work and she will become stronger and stronger.
“La ricerca
dei valori umani”
C’era una volta nell’antica Grecia la Dea della Luna e
della Solidarietà chiamata Europa.
Lei aveva sette fratelli: Tolleranza, Libertà, Democrazia, Uguaglianza,
Pace e i più giovani Stato di Diritto e Dignità Umana e Diritti Umani.
Loro lavoravano insieme per aiutare la popolazione sulla Terra.
Un giorno la crudeltà degli uomini divise i protettori della Terra.
Pace e Uguaglianza morirono e gli altri vennero intrappolati nel centro
della Terra.
Soltanto Europa riuscì a sopravvivere e a scappare.
Lei iniziò a liberare i suoi fratelli.
Oggi Europa con alcuni uomini chiamati Commissari Europei, Parlamentari
Europei e Consiglieri Europei hanno liberato Tolleranza, Democrazia, Stato di Diritto, Dignità Umana e Diritti Umani e Libertà
ma non sono riusciti a resuscitare Pace e Uguaglianza.
Riuscirà la popolazione della Terra a trovare, grazie alla Dea della
Luna e ai suoi amici, Pace ed Uguaglianza? Se andremo avanti tutti insieme, uniti dai valori e dal rispetto, noi la aiuteremo
nel suo lavoro e lei sarà sempre più forte.

EUROPE, THE GODDESS OF THE
MOON
Once upon a time there was a girl
called Europe, the Goddess of the Moon. She wanted to find the most generous people on Earth because she wanted to unite a
lot of countries and people in the world. She found the best people to respect the rule of law, human dignity and human rights,
solidarity, tolerance, freedom, democracy, equality and peace. Everybody loved her, the Goddess of the Moon, because her name
was Europa and she had a beautiful character. She found a particular boy who was
from Poland, but who lived in Italy. There he found some people who had a completely different way of thinking with
respect to his. He had a different view on solidarity than the one they had and he was very shy. This was a real problem
to him. Fortunately after speaking to the Goddess of the Moon, he became more courageous and decided to help her,the
Goddess of the Moon, to spread out solidarity.
EUROPA, DEA DELLA LUNA
C’era una volta una ragazza la Dea della Luna, che venne chiamata
Europa. Lei cercava delle persone molto generose nella terra perché lei voleva unire tante Nazioni e persone nella terra.Lei
cercò delle persone con queste caratteristiche Stato di diritto, dignità umana e diritti umani, solidarietà, tolleranza, libertà,
democrazia, uguaglianza e pace. Tutti la amavano, la Dea della Luna, perché lei si chiamava Europa e aveva un bellissimo carattere.
Lei trovò un particolare ragazzo il quale veniva dalla Polonia, ma viveva in Italia. Incontrò alcune persone che avevano
una diversa mentalità dalla sua. Egli aveva una differente visione sul concetto di solidarietà, però era molto timido.
Fortunatamente, dopo aver parlato con la dea della Luna, divenne più coraggioso e decise di cominciare ad aiutare la
Dea della luna a diffondere la solidarietà.
